Robert A. D’Amico II, Esq. is thrilled to be part of the Strive Team! With 30 years’ experience as a practicing attorney and real estate investor and developer, Bob, together with his wife Renee D'Amico, have partnered with Strive Realty to create the D'Amico Group. We are now in a position to provide a wide variety of perspective, advice, guidance and representation to real estate buyers, sellers and investors. Bob combines his vast experience from the practice of law with his diverse experience as a real estate professional to provide considerable insight and value to the relationship with his real estate clients beyond the simple buying and selling of properties. After graduating from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science degree, I began teaching at my alma mater, Nicholas A.Ferri Middle School in Johnston. Every day brought new challenges that kept me on my toes! After eight years at Ferri, I retired from teaching to start a family. Raising and teaching my own children was yet another challenging and rewarding job that taught me great lessons that I often apply in my career as a Realtor. As my children started school full time, I decided to re-enter the work force as a Realtor to work with my husband and his growing number of rental properties. Since 2013 I have been dedicated to working as a real estate professional zealously representing the interests of my clients in purchasing, selling and renting residential and commercial real estate. I started with having my own company, Renee Realty, LLC, alongside my husband who is a prominent Rhode Island attorney and real estate broker. In 2020 we decided to partner with Strive as the D’Amico Group to begin a new chapter in our real estate careers, building more relationships and working with fellow RI Realtors. As part of the D’Amico Group and in partnership with Strive, I hope to not only grow as a professional, but also to continue helping my clients succeed in the real estate market.

As a life-long resident of Rhode Island, I absolutely relish in finding and securing that special home for my clients. In 2017 Kyle and the team decided to embark on a journey to take the brokerages brand and service to the next level. So Who is Kyle?  Kyle is a husband, a father of Jaden, a bull dog daddy, a retired Soccer player, an avid Peloton rider,  a collector of mini bikes, and someone who enjoys helping others.  His passion is people and houses which lead him to the world's best profession, selling Real Estate!

Joseph Colaluca is the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Strive and its affiliated companies.

Joe started his journey to redefine Rhode Island Real estate as a senior at Providence College, where he acquired his first property. Each day, before and after class, he would renovate the home, learning along the way the foundational skills that would lead him through the renovation of many more projects.

Joe founded the firm in 2013 after experiencing firsthand the Rhode Island luxury market as a realtor with Coldwell Banker. Since then, Joe has developed, repositioned, leased, and managed millions of dollars in residential and commercial assets. Joe’s real estate philosophy stems from his self-starter mindset, where no project is too ambitious, no transaction is too complex, and relationships are the cornerstone of any successful acquisition. He emphasizes broad-based real estate knowledge and a genuine commitment to ensuring thoughtful quality solutions to drive long-term asset value.

Joe believes in being hands-on with each project Strive undertakes. He is the first in and last to leave.

Phil always had an interest in real estate and management.

It really didn’t come full circle until I got his thirties. He grew up helping his dad and grandmother with properties that they owned in the Smith HIll area of Providence, allowing his to learn valuable trade skills, and understand the relationship between landlord and tenant.

Phil attended the Western New England University where I majored in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. From there, he spent the next decade working in restaurants and hospitality throughout Rhode Island, serving as the General Manager. During this period, Phil explored I eventually started my own mobile bartending company, which while challenging, taught me many skills in many areas of owning a business.

After I was married to my wife Corey in 2019 and the discussion of family was brought up, I was looking for bigger and more long term goals for myself and my family that didn’t include shifts ending at 3am. At that same time, Joe was reaching out to me about opportunities he had at Strive which involved opening a restaurant and also learning many aspects in Real Estate. In reality, the timing could not have been better for both of us.

I joined the Strive Team and knew fairly quickly I wanted to be part of the daily hustle that the other members were a part of. I took the role as Office Manager overseeing all aspects of Strive’s Operations. Including rentals, maintenance, bookkeeping, hospitality, tenant and partner relations.

I decided to get my Real Estate license in both Rhode Island & Massachusetts in early 2020  as well and start building my client base for buyers & sellers.  I was hungry and eager to start purchasing properties and becoming a landlord. I purchased my first investment property at an auction sight unseen. Outbidding 67 other investors for your first property is quite the rush!

I did a full renovation on the property, completed a zone change with the city converting from a single family to two family, and had fully rented within 4 months of purchase.  It was quite the experience. I was able to take what I have learned with Strive and what I have learned growing up and being around investment properties and apply to this property.

As Strive takes on more properties I am excited to continue the growth with them and being a vital part in the completion of grand scale projects as well as working on the day to day operations.

With my first child only a few weeks away, I will continue to invest in properties as well and maybe one day teach my daughter the ins & outs of Real Estate.

Zef manages all maintenance requests and property management. He oversees the coordination of the maintenance team and subcontractors. Zef ensures that tenants needs are met, and properties are maintained.

In addition to being a property manager, Zef is a licensed realtor with Strive's brokerage.

As General Counsel for Strive, John oversees land use and development permitting and litigation. John has over 25+ years of legal and lobbying experience, including serving as deputy legal counsel for the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council.

Before joining Strive, John was in private practice holding a J.D from DePaul University in Chicago, IL, and a B.A. from George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Javier is a realtor with Strive's brokerage.

Alexa oversees all accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory and compliance. She is a Rhode Island native, and former leasing specialist.

Prior to joining Strive in 2018, Alexa obtained her B.A from Johnson & Wales University.

Kenneth has built a reputation for defining brands through experiential and visual design.

After moving to Boston, he turned to the real estate industry, spending several years marketing luxury properties in the South End and Back Bay. From sugar shacks to real estate agencies, Kenneth has propelled firms to transcend industry expectations.

Kenneth, having lived in Providence as an undergraduate student, experienced a creatively charged city demanding superior design. In the fall of 2020, he was approached by Strive with the opportunity to head back to Providence to market their development projects and rental portfolio. In this capacity, he saw the potential to help shape the city's story as a thriving east coast cultural hub, steeped in rich history and architecture.

Kenneth oversees the marketing and branding efforts for Strive's brokerage and real estate developments.

Born and raised in Cumberland, RI, Evan attended the University of Rhode Island, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. With a background in both fields, Evan brings a unique perspective and a deep understanding of human behavior to everything he does.

Evan started his professional journey at Verizon Wireless as an in-store sales representative, where he honed his sales and customer service skills. He later transitioned to education, teaching in the Johnston school district. In 2020, Evan entered a new career - stock trading. Here he developed a keen understanding of the driving forces behind the economy and markets.

In addition to his day trading, Evan has experience as a landlord of a multi-family residence in Providence. As a result, he understands the importance of managing property and ensuring that his tenants have a safe and comfortable place to call home.

Evan's journey led him to Strive, a company that he was attracted to because of the experience, energy, and ambition he saw in the employees. After learning about Strive's future plans, he knew he wanted to be a part of something special and impactful. Evan is excited to bring his diverse background and unique perspective to the team and help Strive achieve its goals.

Jonathan is a Rhode Island native and licensed realtor.

Owen is a construction manager for Strive development projects.

Emma is a leasing manager.
